Royal Enfield has released the first teaser of the upcoming Himalayan 450 Rally Raid, confirming its global debut on November 4 at EICMA 2025 in Milan. The teaser hints at a tougher, rally-prepped version of the brand’s latest adventure motorcycle.
Based on the standard Himalayan 450, the Rally Raid variant is designed to push the bike’s off-road potential even further. Expected upgrades include a fully adjustable suspension setup with beefier fork tubes, a rally-style seat, reworked rear panels, and protective knuckle guards — all aimed at enhancing control and durability over rough terrain.
To improve agility, Royal Enfield is likely to reduce overall weight through a smaller fuel tank and lightweight body components. Tubeless spoke wheels, an aluminium bash plate, and engine guards are also expected to come standard.
Powering the motorcycle will be the same 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 40.02hp and 40Nm of torque, though minor tuning tweaks could make it livelier off-road.
After its Milan premiere, the Himalayan 450 Rally Raid will be showcased in India at Motoverse 2025, with a market launch expected soon after the event.
